We have been operating in the legal services market for over 30 years. The founder of the Law Firm, Zygmunt Jerzmanowski, has been a legal adviser since 1976. During his long-term professional career he worked as a legal advisor for state and self-government departments, state–owned enterprises, cooperative societies and commercial companies.

The most essential steps in the development of our Law Firm are the following:

• 1976 - Zygmunt Jerzmanowski obtains professional qualifications as Legal Advisor,

• 1987 - Zygmunt Jerzmanowski begins to provide organisational and legal advisory, and in 1990 he establishes a consulting company BUSINESS EXPERT (www.businessexpert.pl), which specialises in restructuring privatisation and consolidation of various entities (at present it is Centrum Konsultingu Business Expert sp. z o.o. sp. k.), 

• 2002 -The Law Firm of Zygmunt Jerzmanowski begins to operate under the name BUSINESS LEX, being a continuation of legal profile of the consulting company BUSINESS EXPERT,

• 2008 - limited partnership operating under the name The Law Firm of Zygmunt Jerzmanowski and Partners Limited Partnership (Kancelaria Radców Prawnych Zygmunt Jerzmanowski i Wspólnicy sp. k.) is being established.
