Within the last several years our lawyers participated in hundreds of economic transactions and legal proceedings. Particularly noteworthy is that our Firm provided legal services during over 40 privatisation processes and about 800 restructurisation processes, significant as well is our activity in the area of establishing new entities (almost 400), consolidation processes (mergers and acquisitions), and our provision of legal services to enterprises on permanent basis.

Among the projects, that our Office participated in, the most important are the following:

• Association of Polish Cities and Municipalities of the Parsęta River Basin - providing complex legal services during the merger process of 22 water and sewage enterprises located within the territory of Parsęta River Basin into three multi-municipal commercial companies, the merger was conducted in order to obtain European funds totalling PLN 600M (one of the biggest projects in Poland co-financed from Cohesion Fund),
• PTBS sp. z o.o. in Poznan - providing complex legal services during the merger process of 3 enterprises: PTBS sp. z o.o., TBS "Nasz Dom" sp. z o.o. i TBS "Wielkopolska" sp. z o.o.,
• RAWIBOX S.A. in Rawicz – providing advisory services during privatisation process of the public enterprise and currently providing complex legal services on a permanent basis to the ROSSMAN company with French capital – manufacturer of corrugated paper packaging,
• The city of Płock – providing complex legal services during privatisation process of the Heating Plant in Płock, ended with a conclusion of the agreement on the assignment of shares in favour of the FORTUM S.A. company,
• The municipality of Lublin - providing complex services (legal, functional and technical) during the acquisition process of water and sewage appliances from several hundred private investors by the Commune,
• MPWiK sp. z o.o. in Leszno – providing complex legal services on a permanent basis to the water and sewage company,
• Poznań City Residence sp. z o.o. in Poznań – representation of the company with Irish capital, operating in the sphere of investments in real estate, in court proceedings against a development company,
• CZO SELEKT sp. z o.o. in Czempin – providing complex advisory services during negotiations and preparing public and private partnership contract, concerning building and exploitation of waste disposal site, concluded between association of 14 communes and German company TEW Entsorgung GmbH & Co. KG,
• PWiK WODKAN S.A. in Ostrów Wielkopolski – conducting negotiations with development company, concerning financial conditions of acquisition by the company of equipment of significant value, manufactured by the development company.
