Provision of legal services on a permanent basis PDF Print E-mail
An important part of our offer is a provision of comprehensive legal services on a permanent basis in pursuance of a contract concluded for an indefinite period of time. That service comprises, among others, the following services:
  • representation in proceedings at law and before state authorities, 
  • debt collection,
  • verification and drawing up of business contracts,
  • assistance in contacts with state authorities and courts of law (i. e. filling in and filing of applications to National Court Register [KRS]),
  • assistance in meeting other obligations contracted by the Company in pursuance of the applicable provisions of the law (i. e. drafting appropriate resolutions to be made by the Company’s governing bodies and other required documents),
  • assistance in organizational and employee-related matters.
