Fees for legal services provided by our Law Firm differs depending on the nature, scope and time spent on delivering a particular service. Fees are as follows:

• As far as debt collection is concerned, the Firm uses official rates,
• As far as legal services for economic entities are concerned, the Firm uses:
  • Lump sum fees, depending on the size of entity, number of court cases, frequency of visits to the entity’s office, as well as, time spent on other case-related activities,
  • The time-based fee system, at the client’s request, depending on the product of time spent on a client and particular hourly rate,
  • Lump sum fee with a limited number of hours, as another option, meaning that after exceeding the number of hours, for which a lump sum is paid, the fee for the following hours of work will be calculated according to hourly rates,
• As far as legal opinions, expertise, projects, acts, commercial contracts etc. are concerned, the Firm uses contractual rates for each work,
• As far as legal service concerning processes of restructuring, privatisation and consolidation are concerned, the Office uses contractual rates, depending on the length of the process, frequency of contacts, negotiations and duration of particular activities. In particular cases a success bonus may be considered.
